Possible BUG (please let me know if there is a better place where I can report these)
USPS Plugin is giving the following error: Origin postal code missing or invalid. USPS Error returned: Error Desc: Missing value for ZipOrigination.USPS Help Context: .
As you can imagine, both the shipping and billing has zip codes. I also have a shipping origin address with zip code.
2nd BUG (it may related to above) PayPal Express Checkout attempt is giving the following errors: SetExpressCheckoutResponseType returned - Part 1 of 1 Error passing cart to PayPal Shipping (USPS (US Postal Service)). Shipping address is not set Shipping (FedEx). Shipping address is not set
Like I mentioned in my original message, it is indeed configured. All 5 fields are populated.

I located the problem, which can be considered a bug.
If you have the 'Use Warehouse location' selected, the warehouse address MUST have a zip code. However, you are allowing me to enter Country alone without any error messages. Please enforce the zip code field for warehouse address, so that this problem can be avoided.

PayPal Express bug is still going on. I can do a regular checkout, but PayPal Express is giving the following error in the LOG file.
