WHAT are you talking about? That was NOT the movie we saw today! You really have absolutely no idea what happened today, do you?

that's right, just dig your own grave by harassing your legal opposition on their own forum. that behavior adds a new level of "smart" to your "SmartStore" business. #SmartStoreDumbBehavior

Make sure you grab the latest code and plugin ideas before you go! #crybaby

UPDATE (April 3rd): And here are some "intermediate" results (right, still not finished). The court has been held today. Now I can only say one thing - everything is very good (really). Mr. Pavlos Tsulfaidis (CEO of Smartstore) took it very emotional and now we are looking forward for a final result. Most probably we'll get the final result without a second onsite appointment at the end of May

P.S. I'll write about all details (letters, court, etc) once the case is closed (hope, very soon)
P.P.S. I also would like to thank all people and our community for its help and support with this case. We really appreciate it!

These are great news!

Your words are not of a happy winner but more of an angry loser. Didn't your Pirates movie had a happy ending for the pirates?

BTW you already have your new "forum" but I did't find any comments of you about the great movie you saw.

P.S. You should be happy because in this forum they let you post whatever you want, even adverse and rude comments against Nop and its team and they don't delete them as it happens in other forums that we know ;-) (this emoticon gives you a hint of where to find such a forum).

Not all store owners and developers read reviews on codeplex. I would suggest people here to contact existing stores powered by smartstore. Just tell store owners that they're using software that violates license terms. Let them know that SmartStore developers already have been taken in the court for it. They should know about it. Here and here is the list of such stores. For example,

Hi,

Are you aware that SmartStore (this site is powered by it) has been taken it court? Smartstore rejected to meet nopCommerce license terms. Users of Smartstore products might also be in violation of nopCommerce licence! Hi Andrei,

can you say something more? Many SmartStore users are unsure of themselves. What happens now? They don't know what to do.

Hi Frank,

Please see my post here. The case is still open. We just should wait (now our estimate is till end of May), some paper work for our lawyers required.

I personally can understand frustration of SmartStore users (store owners). They just can meet our real nopCommerce license terms (not a fake license of SmartStore)

Then we have to wait OK.

PS: SmartStore has today the version 2.00 released.

I have posted the following  review in their new release. You can vote it up, vote down other reviews and/or do your own review.

SMARTSTORE MIGHT SOON BE GONE. It is already in court for violations to the Nopcommerce license. Users of Smartstore are morally supporting intellectual rights piracy and might be liable for this violation.
