Nop 2.0 Installation

Downloaded Nopcommerce 2.0 release.
Unzipped it
I try to run the 2 .bat files and comes with errors, last attempt had 3 errors

I have to ask... Why do we have to run these .bat files?
it's not possible nopcommerce experienced people to run the deploy.bat and zip up the deployable folder and all we (less experienced) need to do is uploaded it to the webserver and install?

If not possible can someone help me out please?
perhaps someone explain in beginners terms, requirements before we start and procedure?
I did see the video, but in the video he did not have any errors...

There is a log in the build/ folder. Post the file here so we can review it.

Just an update on how i sorted out my problem.
initially i got 3 errors see my earlier post
I installed VS2010 professional as i was using VS2010 Express and either components were missing or express can not do it.
I got 1 only error after this, but i needed to update the MVC 3 Tools, on top of MVC 3 (as MarioRosario said in another post)

all ran perfectly

I have uploaded 2.0 (no source to my server)  
I am getting this error

This are the steps I Do:

downloaded nopcommerce_2.00_source.rar

Create folder c:/nopcommerce2

extract nopcommerce_2.00_source.rar to c:/nopcommerce2

run prepare.bat

get 31 errors

open visual studio

open nopcommerce.sln

Build

buildsucceeded

run prepare.bat

build succeeded

Run deploy.bat

You see debug and release folder

copi from release folder:

Nop.Web.dll and Nop.Web.pdb

past into debug folder

Goto c:/nopcommerce2/presentation/administration/obj

you see debug and release folder

copi from release folder:

Nop.Web.dll and Nop.Web.pdb

past into debug folder

Run deploy.bat

build succeeded

then you see new folder:

c:/nopcommerce2/Deployable/nop_2.0

open iis

add application

name it nopcom2

application pool = asp.net v4.0

psysical path:

C:\nopcommerce2\Deployable\nop_2.0

when i open in browser get:

http://localhost/nopcom2/install

Requested URL  http://localhost:80/nopcom2/install
Physical Path  C:\nopcommerce2\Deployable\nop_2.0\install

The directory or file specified does not exist on the Web server.
