nopAdmin Catagory images

I am having trouble inserting catagorys with nopadmin, i am using 2.3 for both and it can not find the image files. I have tried multiple way using my direct hosting path and the url and also the local path with no luck. any one ells have this issu, I has about 300 catagories main and sub to improt and this is driving me nuts. putting them in one at a time is too time consuming. Can I use a csv to import the catagries and what aboout the images, how do i upload them to my site to give them an imageID for the csv file?
