Backup Database option

What ever happened to the backup option on the site admin? Now when you go there all you get is the option to delete accounts. ?? Not quite the backup option I was looking for. Was it moved to a new location or just removed all together?

There's no database backup option is 2.X. You have to manually make a backup (using your control panel or SSMS)

Andrei, as there is no bulk import for categories, then how do u suggest that the categories from the Dev environment can be moved to the Production?

Just take the backup of the categories table or copying the whoole database is recommended?

and if the whole database is moved then how can we deploy the website so that it does not run the install setup and just point to the database and pick up all the stuff just like in the Dev environment?
