Editing Application Text

Where is it possible to edit text and terminologies used by the nop application? ie: (The Header Menu text or the text in the "RegisterBlock.") I've been searching for an XML file or anyplace that would allow me to change some of the text. A good example would be the text displayed below used in the "RegisterBlock":

By creating an account at nopCommerce you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

I would like to be able to change this text to fit the purpose of the store better.

In addition to the first question, where can I find the html head of the page template?

I'm not a "dot.net" guy yet. Can anyone give me some insight? Much thanks to anyone that can help.

Hi,

1) Please go to admin > content management > localization > select language

then find Login.NewCustomerText and you can edit text, you can also do this for the header menu.

2) You will need to look in NopCommerceStore/Modules/Header.ascx and HeaderMenu.ascx.

I am having trouble finding  NopCommerceStore/Modules/Header.ascx and HeaderMenu.ascx.

Am i just not looking properly or might it not be there?
