Using nopcommerce for customizable products?

Has anyone modified nopcommerce for customizable products with color swatches, limitations based selections and a visual display of the selections?

We would like to do this with our site too.  Am I looking for a flash developer?

The Product Designer is for more elaborated customization in which you let the user create online a design with colors, images, texts, etc. and see the results of the customization
