Dose any one know of a knowlage base system that is MVC and is open source, or is there a way I can modify the forums so that the administrator can add forum post but guests and non admins can't post a reply to the forum post.
I need to come up with a knowlage base system and would like to use the forums if they can be locked down to admins only posting.
Or an open source knowlage base written in MVC or ASP (Prefer MVC) so I can add it in to NOP!
