EU cookie law warning will not go away using safari on iphone ?

Hi,

even though safari is set to accept all cookies ... every page i visit on my site brings up this warning and is getting very annoying to mobile users ?

This happens on both the mobile and the full site if using a smart phone and safari.

It works fine in my Safari. I presume you don't have cookies enabled.

Could it also be related to this issue (already fixed)?

yes cookies are enabled ... set to accept all cookies from all sites ...

found it ... i was reading through that fix post even though the situation is not the same as mine but got a clue as to what it might be,

even though i had advised users of my site to enable cookies ... they never cleared their cookie cache on the phone so it was oddly enough not working with the site... so a simple clear out of the smart devices cookies enabled a simple and effective solution.

So long and short of it all ... when you enable cookies on your smart device ... make sure you flush out all the old cookies too or you might go around in circles trying to find out why? ( as 2 of my sites users have done )
