How can i change Datetime Picker Format?

Hello everyone.

I would like to know,how can i change the Datetime Format
for example if a select today it's displaying on

Store/Admin/Product/Create

10/24/2013

And i would like to display like this

24/10/2013

Looks like there's still a language issue in 3.1 with the Telerik controls on the admin interface...
