no option to post to forum topic

long time listener, first time caller...

Setup was a breeze. However, I cannot find an option to post to a forum topic. Am I blind or simply lost?

well first question is have you setup your forum yet ?
If yes then may you you didn't set up the topics for forum

Ok let me explain you from starting how to setup your forum

1) login as admin ok

2) Go to administration area

3) Go to Content Management > Forums > Forum Settings

4) Make sure the first checkbox that says "Forums enabled" is check marked, if it is not then mark it as checked.

5) Now go to Content Management > Forums

6) Select Manage Forum

7) Here you can start adding the topics of your forum (First Add New Forum Group and Secondly "Add New Forum Topic")
As Forum topic comes under Forum Group, So add forum group first and then add forum topic which comes within the forum group (when you will add these things you will understand the flow, dont worry)

8)After adding these things, Go to Publin store, you will see Forum tab on the homepage >Select Forum Tab

9) Click on Forum Topic (which says   0     0    No Posts )

10) On the right hand side corner , you will see "New Topic" , Click on that and you will be able to post anything on the forum.

now we have to upgrade DHL plugin into nopcommerce latest version 4.0.

How to convert DHL plugin of 3.9 to 4.0 version.
