FEATURE REQUEST: Manage Shipments on a single page

By managing shipments on a single page, it will reduce the level of effort and time required (no full page loads) to set tracking numbers. Add Shipment can just create product row(s) in the Shipments grid and all fields could be edited in line.

P.S. I've been brainstorming the concept of consolidating some tabs like placing notes at the bottom of the Info tab and curious if we use the proper controls could put everything on the a single page :) I think it's possible with multiple sections

It could be easily done for the order details page. But in this case we'll have to duplicate some functionality because we cannot drop a separate shipment details page (it's also used in admin area > orders > shipments > 'view' shipment details page)
