SSL in upgrade 1.30 to 1.50

What should be done in the above upgrade as regards ssl.

"Use SSL" has disappeared from global settings security tab and ssl does not work directly sfter the upgrade?

ssl setting is in the web.config file

1. Open web.config file
2. Find 'UseSSL' attribute
3. Set its value to true
