Car/Parts Filter Plugin

Does nopCommerce already have a plugin like this:

As far as I understand you need a plugin that can filter products by given specifications, attributes, manufacturers and price.

We have a similar product called Nop Ajax Filters which can be integrated on the following pages: Category, Manufacturer, Vendor and Search page. In addition to this plugin we have the Nop Ajax Filters Pro (which contains the Nop Ajax Filters in it), which except all features described above, have the ability to place a widget with predefined specifications, categories which can be placed on any page - on one of our theme demos is displayed on the home page for example. So I think one of the two can might be what you are searching for your automotive eCommerce solution.

The difficulty here is that autoparts can most of the time fit different years, different models, different engines. So far Nop only accepts one value per specification attribute. As an example in a site we did for automotive filters they have around 700 products which match with around 50K combinations, and that does not consider that years are set in range, otherwise, if years were set individually the number of combinations jumps to around 200K. Example. Does Nop-Templates filter consider this?

I am coming across the same problem.. I'm trying to decide on whether to switch to a more automotive related platform but our webstore is already setup the way we like it, with the exception of being able to choose the Year/Model/Make... and as the above poster pointed out, I'm guessing only one application can be tied to a certain part, and in most cases a part could fit a long list of different applications... has any one come up with a product that can handle this?

Are there any updates or new vehicle part to application plugins out there that fulfill the many variations needed for the automotive parts business?
