my website was working good after that my server stop working and i got that error :
Server Error in '/en' Application.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi there might possible when your Nop.Web/Plugin directory will have empty folder of any one of plugin.
I got a same issue before couple of years.

something wrong with any of your plugin that is not able to load properly and throwing the exception.

try to remove the newest installed plugin systemname from root/AppData/installedplugin.txt file or uninstalled it from admin if possible.

This happens mainly when a plugin is installed, but tables needed for that plugin is not in that database.

I fixed this issue by checking the error.  Basically the description file had an incorrect dll reference.


FileName: Nop.Plugin.Other.xyzplugin.dll

Changed to:
FileName: Nop.Plugin.Misc.xyzplugin.dll

You have to find the actual dll file that is generated.
