WebHost4Life Problems

I note that you recommend WebHost4Life as a hosting option.  While I am a long time customer and while have been mostly happy with them, I recently came across this:

It seems they may have been bought out and hence are moving all existing accounts to a new platform with many problems ensuing.  My account has not yet been moved yet but has been flagged with numerous issues by their automigration tool. I am not currently hosting nopCommerce with them.

I am evaluating nopCommerce and would like to know if anyone who has hosted with WebHost4Life has had their site successfully migrated to the new platform. or if there have been issues.

no, I did not yet migrate but also tried setting up a new account on new platform but i asked for a refund after two weeks waiting to get an issue resolved

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WEBHOST4LIFE!!! I was suffering from non stop problems (after the company migrated to new platform) so I cancelled my account. Now I am struggling for almost 2 months to get a refund from them. I contact their support on phone,mail,chat almost every day, but all their promises are just talks.
WEBHOST4LIFE is the worst hosting ever!!!!
Now I'm using Arvixe.com hosting - very good

totally agree with LevGe, i'm going trough nightmares, problem after problem.

and I would really like to change them, i'm so fed up. i was thinking going with either softsys or arvixe as i read in this forum they are good.

Have tried webhost4life.com ...... but after 4 weeks of talking to support and getting NOTHING usefull I had to move on.

I am located in europe and have been thrilled how well unoeuro.com is working for me. Their panels and my homepage are lightning fast compaired to what webhost4life could deliver.

Have found no problem width nopcommerce installation.
