Empty records in Customer table

Nopcommerce 3.30 is generating a lot of empty records in customer table which records only have id,guid, date and ip adress. Why is that? Any ideas?

Because lots of them are guest users and they will delete automatically by a schedule task.

Some of the records are really old like 9 months old. It could be these guests have an items in a shopping card thats why they are not deleted ?
