Does Anyone have feedback or recommended setup for performance in 4.00 and 4.10?

How do you enable the multi-instance and auto-scaling setup on Web-apps in Azure - it seems to crash the site when switched on?

Try changing Appsettings.json file to turn off Plugins Shadow Copy
