I have aprox. 3k sku's and I am moving from an existing site. I have my excel file prepared but it appears Nop now uses category names in the category column rather than the ID.  This is a huge issue because I have sub categories with the same names. I can not run my import until I can override this function to map the category based on ID rather than name. To be specific, I have 20 regions of wine and each region has "red" and "white".  All of these are not mapping correct, they actually map the the first "red" category it finds which I believe is the lowest ID. That makes sense since it most likely runs through the database from top to bottom.  Assistance please.

Hi,

We plan to make it configurable in the next version. How to import/export such entities (by name or by ID). Please find this work item here

The same thing happens to us. I would also add to use our owns ids and so avoid having to map the nopCommerce ids.
