Generating Gift Vouchers

Hi,
I'm interested in a gift voucher system much like bigcommerce.  Basically, I'm converting a friend over to NopCommerce and one of the items he would like to bring across is the gift voucher idea.

So basically a user can select the type of gift voucher, birthday, anniversary, etc and this determines what the background image of the voucher will be.  You can then add a name, message and value.  There is also a unique number on the voucher.  This can be downloaded and printed by the customer.  Is this available for NopCommerce or does anyone have something in the pipeline.

Yes. Check Gift Cards documentation

Hi,

As per my original post, NopCommerce does not handle gift cards in the same or similar manner.  I require something that can be printed and handed in to the shop, as the shop also runs "activities".  I'm after something that can be styled, or themed with a background depending on the occasion and the relevant information, name, message, etc to be printed onto the voucher.

Unless I'm gravely mistaken, NopCommerce will not do this, at least according to the documentation I just read.

I'm trying to get this working at the moment too. All I can do right now is make the product image show in the gift card template, but that means I have to create a new gift card product for each design. It would be much easier to be able to select a design from a drop-menu on the gift card page. Can you let me know where I can see your plugin that handles this please?
