SEO and real web pages

HI,

since moving from our old websites (cold Fusion) to Nop we are no longer found in searches.
previously we ranked 1-5 for at least 50 key words.
after doing content key wording identical to previous sites we still have nothing.

its almost like 15 yrs ago with Frames.
any ideas

also I love the back end but HATE creating pages part.

is there no way to actually use my old coding pages and in an HTML editor? or at least create new in the editor. this WYSIWYG crap drives me nuts and its not even real WYSIWYG since I cant see it.

1 plus yr wasted since now no one can find us

we did add some "content" to the front page.
that finally seems to have helped.
but pages that are item specific do not come up
such as
Davinci workstations and Adobe workstations
