Who is responsible for supporting the Cybersource plugin? I have questions about the setup and apparently lots of other people have as well.

What is the note regarding IPN Handler URL?

Where do I get the Gateway URL?

Is the Public key the "Access Key" generated from the Cybersource site?

Is the Serial Number the "Profile ID" from Cybersource?

This plugin is supposed to be supported on every version of NOP (I'm on 3.9). Has anyone gotten this to work?

There is a "Secret Key" that needs to be provided for the "Public Key" specified in the plugin. Where would that secret key be loaded into the plugin?
