Error on nopCommerce 3.90 fresh install during General Settings

Good day.
Running nopCommerce 3.90 fresh installation
I am trying to change some settings on general settings page, but as soon as I press ave I get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET in my browser.
Nothing in error log.
Please advise.

What hosting are you using? GoDaddy?

There may be some security flag on their system for non-US country. Contact them for more info. :)
