Implement Plugin for payment on pick up from store.

in  my project i have requirement that  skip payment process in checkout, because we do not need any payment method , customer just get the product from pick up point and pay at pickup point.

how can i implement??

this both plugins are great but i need some customization actually i do not want to show any other steps of payment at checkout i only wants to display last step(confirm order) step on checkout.

someone help me.
