I need to add SpecificationAttributeService to my plugin

I'm working with nopCommerce 3.90 with source.

I developed a plugin and I need to use the SpecificationAttributeService in my plugin.

Someone told me that it involves dependency injection and it looks like it is too much to learn and try to implement in my plugin.

Please let me know what the cost would be.
