calling Nop.Admin from Nop.Web

Good day Experts,


I was trying to find out how the

@if (Model.DisplayAdminLink)
        {
            <a href="@Url.Content("~/admin")" class="administration">@T("Account.Administration")</a>
        }

from Nop.Web\Views\Common\AdminHeaderLinks.cshtml able to call the home Index of Nop.Admin.

Can any body please provide some explanation how this thing works?

I can't even find where "~/admin" is.
