Shipping / Payment Restrictions

Hi,

I see that for payment and shipping there are restrictions base on Country.

I don't know if in 4.0 it's possible, but It would be useful have a possibility to configure

Shipping / Payment Restrictions

For Example if a customer choose "pick up in store", cash on delivery payment must be disable or hidden in the cart.

You can find payment method restriction country wise here

For shipping director nopCommerce dont have country wise restriction.

If you want to hide payment method if shipping pick up in store selected. Then you must need to do customize in hide payment method for particular plugin.
