after update i have 2 warnings:

'DiscountRequirement.HasAllProducts' Plugin ist nicht kompatibel mit Ihrer nopCommerce-Version. Löschen Sie es oder installieren Sie die richtige Version.
How can i remove this plugins? Should i remove them before the update?
Customer had spent x.xx amount Version 1.18 (3.90) is installed correctly.

If you still want them, download the correct version from the marketplace, and overwrite the files in their plugin folders.
If you no longer need them, then you should uninstall them before the upgrade, and then also delete those plugin subfolders. If you already migrated, you can otherwise just delete those plugin subfolders, and you should then also edit the InstalledPlugins.txt and remove those lines. Uninstalling plugins properly is preferred, because that also removes their resource strings and other items from the database.
