500 - Internal server error on GoDaddy Shared server plesk panel while setup Latest no-commerce 4.00

Hi nop-commerce team please help me out to setup 4.00 latest version on godaddy server
i got the error on landing page.

i was set below configuration
Configuration :

1) permission to
   App_Data,Areas,Logs,Plugins,Themes,Views,wwwroot,web.config
2) Set Full trust



Notice : One  more thing i want to clear out as per latest nop-commerce publish build its generate nop.web as .exe file
and godaddy server doesn't permit to run .msi and .exe file on server.


Please some one help me out i was stop at the end point, its wokring fine in local iis but not on server.
Please friends inform me if any kind of clues found.
