I have to say, this has been a nightmare to install. I finally have a mostly working store. The problem that I am encountering is that regardless of what I do, I cannot get it to show any of the images for products, categories, etc.
I saw another post on here (that I cannot seem to find) that said that you had to go into the Product, edit it, go to Pictures, upload the picture there, and click Add Product Image. I tried it on the demo store, and it works great there... I try it on my store, it goes through the motions, assigns a number to it, and forever fails to show the image.
In the product catalog, it shows broken images for every image.

I checked the permissions for each folder, including:
Content
Content/Images
Content/Images/Thumbs

and it has all of the permissions, everything except "change ownership". So, my question is - How do I get this thing to show the images of the products? What is it that I am missing?

Can someone please help me with this?

well, maybe in two or three years after I've deleted the commerce package from my computer, hosting software, and the like.... maybe then I'll get an answer.

Still no response on this, nor on why the software won't compile under VS 2015 or VS 2017...

So glad for the headache! thanks guys!

Is image uploading proper from admin side?

Check thumbs folder, is there images available or not.

When I view the images in the /Content/Images/Thumbs / directory, it shows files like: 0000004_100.png... And when I look at that, the image comes right up.

The images only showed once in the admin area, and now will not show at all. I've checked the permissions inside of plesk, and the application has full control (even in the advance section, everything is checked.)

I've added some images below, and I have responded to your PM.

THANK YOU!!!!

As per your snap, it seems path not loading proper or image not accessing.

Can you check once again permission of content and image/thumb folder for IIS_User user.

I had put up a screen shot (it's only showing 3 of the 4 images that I put up) of it showing all permissions.

Everything that I can check for it, has been checked....

Just to have the final solution here in case someone else has this issue...
IF you have everything checked (Permissions wise) in godaddy, and the images STILL do not show, then...

Check the Hotlink protection. It's shoddily written and will not show the images for your own site if when on a computer. (Oddly, it works just fine on certain locations and on mobile browsers. Or, oddly, it fails when on a desktop computer.)

Ugh, the sheer amount of frustration of using godaddy with NopCommerce. >.<

A special thank you goes out to Raju Paladiya!!! While I solved the issue, your help was invaluable in getting me to where I *COULD* solve the issue!!!
