Where nopcommerce 4.00 rewrite Url with SEO language code?

I have two shops; The first with two languages (www.site1.com/en, www.site1.com/it) and the second with only one (www.site2.com/it) . Both stores have the SEO enabled, but I would like the second store with only one language not to add the SEO code. (www.site2.com/)

How can I change this behavior?

Go to Admin > Configuration > Languages > Edit a Language
You can change the SEO code per store

The Seo code is a necessary field, it is not possible to remove it.

I found this class CheckLanguageSeoCodeAttribute

how can I overwrite it via plugins?
