Purchase Orders Plug in

I installed the purchase order plug in for a payment option. Unfortunately, this plug in allows anyone to use this option. We only allow customers that have terms accounts setup with us to use purchase orders. Everyone else must use a credit card. I would think this would be a simple check box for the customer (Allow purchase order @ checkout? Y/N)

The feature is not built-in.  Payment Director can do it.
