Message "The file exists" when trying to execute nop 4.00 on VS2017

Hi,
I downloaded nop 4.00 source, compile the code.
When I try to execute the application I keep getting the message "The file exists".

I'm using VS2017 version 15.6.4.

What am I missing here...?
