Title banner shown problem.

Page title-banner was automatically invisible.
What could be the reason?

Additionaly, I put small logos (such as visa, master, paypal) on the bottom of the homepage.
The links are correct, but the pictures do not appear.
What would be the reason?

After recycle pool its all ok.
