Hello
I have stuck in a problem that is now irritating As soon as I enable the SSL from my server and from my admin store my website gets down and then I have to reset it from my database.
It shows too many redirects but when I checked my web.config file I can see there are no redirects there, I have downloaded a fresh nopcommerce 4.0 so I think there should not be any issue with the nopcommerce. when I contact my hosting they say that you need o contact the developer and check I have cross check it from both ends.

If anyone can suggest that would be great

Yeah. When I enable SSL from the server and manager store, my website is being shut down.
Is the problem solved?

Hi,

Just making sure if you configured the SSL correctly?

1) Please make sure that SSL is installed on your server for your domain

2) Check if you have the correct HOST values - yourstore.com,www.yourstore.com

3) If you have any value saved in the secure URL, please make sure it is correct

4) Clear Cache and Restart Application from nopCommerce dashboard then open your site in a fresh new browser session (in fact try private browser)

5) If you continue to expereice the same problem. take a look at these solutions:

What happens when you try to remove Secure URL from the settings and SAVE?

The tooltip says "Leave it empty if you want nopCommerce to detect secure URL automatically."

Ok - Go to administration->configuration->settings->general settings

make sure to change from basic to advanced MODE

scroll down to----Security

"Force SSL for all site pages" <- ENABLE THIS''

Save

Clear Cache and Restart Application from nopCommerce dashboard then open your site in a fresh new browser session (in fact try private browser)

Let me know if this solves your problem and public store pages are secured or not?

"Force SSL for all site pages" already selected

The problem continues. Could there be a problem with the virtual directory?
