No email sent on successful order placed

Hi

We have developed ecomm website using nop 3.9 I noticed that when an order is placed successfully, no email is sent to customer.

Could you please help in how we can set this up.

Also how do I make sure that on every change of status an email goes out to customer.

Have you checked the Message Templates are enabled

yourwebsite.com/Admin/MessageTemplate/List

If they are enabled check the message que after the order is placed

yourwebsite.com/Admin/QueuedEmail/List

Otherwise check for errors in the log

It was disabled in Adming/MessageTemplate, after enabling received email.
