Internal Error occured

Please Help!
I wanted to install plugin Shopping Cart(Seven Spikes) from admin area. After pressing install button in a couple of minutes I got this error:

Please try clicking your browsers 'back' button or try reloading the home page.

If you continue to receive this message, please try again in a little while.

Thank you for your patience.

Cannot neither go back on a home page nor admin area.
What should I do?
HElp Please

Go to App_Data folder
Edit InstalledPlugin file and remove plugin name from list which you last installed (as you say SevenSpike's Shoping cart plugin) and reload site.

once your site start than check log message and also report to nopTemplate team if it related to them plugin.

As he said, he not able to access admin panel. So he need to remove plugin system name from pluginInstall file.

Also please check in log table if you have database right.
Log message will help to figure out what is exactly issue.

SOLVED in 3 steps:

    1 - Updated web.config to track error
    2 - Removed plugin name from Settings.txt in App Data bfolder
    3 - Uninstalled the plugin completely through admin area;
