Searching for documentation install on VPS windows server 2016

Hello all
Am facing problem with install my customization nopcomerce site in vps host , Windows server 2016, as i follow my experience but not perfect at this , so need a documentation or Video to review my installation , note the nopcommerce is customized not fresh one

i face this problem now

HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure

Common causes of this issue:
The application process failed to start
The application process started but then stopped
The application process started but failed to listen on the configured port

Troubleshooting steps:
Check the system event log for error messages
Enable logging the application process' stdout messages
Attach a debugger to the application process and inspect

1. Set stdlog to true in your web.config file
2. Then check details in a text file in the \Logs root directory

I checked the iis user full access , i found it's ok , i edit the code of nopconfig ,pluginmanager , appsetting
and still face the same problem with the same code
