Emails not sent

I'm with Nop 4.10.

I've configured the emails. However, emails are not being sent when a client makes an order, or just any email at all. what could be the problem?

Did you check log if there are any errors?

Administration > System > Log

Also, are your test emails going? If not, the issue is probably with your email settings.

Only one test email was ever sent. After that, none whatsoever

If possible please re verify the email configuration or share the Screenshot of configuration is you missing something

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated.

The test emails are sent, however, all other emails like when one makes an order, shipped, delivery, etc are not sent. Instead, they are just on the messages queue.
