Error on updating password in recovery page

I'm currently running v3.8 and when i hit change password button i'm getting the error page.
Here is what i get in log file.

The required anti-forgery form field "__RequestVerificationToken" is not present.

I have checked the change passwprd file and the anti-forgery fild is in the file

Any help will be much appriciated
