PayPal Pro plugin for Italian account

Hello,
we are searching for a PayPal plugin for v4.10 to be used with a PayPal Pro italian account.
In the current version of the website (v3.70) we are using PayPal Hosted plugin but it uses deprecated APIs and is not available for v4.10

As far as I read, the PayPalStandard plugin included in NopCommerce can not be used with PayPal Pro in Italy.

Does anyone know if there is a plugin we can use?
