Export products and orders from version 3 site to version 4?

Hello,

Is it possible to easily export orders and products from a site running version 3 to version 4? We have an old site running on 3 and now have a new site running on 4. We do not want to upgrade the database, but just move over products and orders.

The old site is running on 3.6 if that is important to know
