Free Shipping if specific Payment Method is selected.

Is it possible to set Free Shipping for specific items and if specific Payment Method has been selected?

For example.., I have a product which I want to provide Free Shipping for, but if the customer pays in advance (Pay to Bank Card — Payment Method). If a client chooses Cash On Delibery or any other Payment Method, then Shipping Cost should be paid.

Any ideas?

Pretty much as you have detailed it here. You need to customise the flow and insert a check for which payment method is used and if it is the one suggested invoke the free shipping methods so shipping is not charged during the calculations
