how redirect_uri is being called in the api plugin of Nopcommerce 4.10

Hi All,
I am having a problem that I could't find out the class where AuthenticationCode's value is passed to redirect url. In earlier version like 3.90 it had been set in the Create(AuthenticationTokenCreateContext context) method of AuthenticationTokenProvider.cs file.
