500 Internal server error with nopCommerce 4.1

Hi!

After several 4.0 site installation, I can't start a new 4.1 site.
I getting this:

Server Error
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I followed and double checked all the related installation documentation.
Also I downloaded and installed this runtime:

Runtime 2.1.6
Windows
ASP.NET Core/.NET Core: Runtime & Hosting Bundle

from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/2.1

Restarted, patched the whole windows.

On same host there are six 4.0 installation working fine.

Any idea??
