Discount for some categories if the customers have already bought

Does exist a discount plugin that allow to make a discount in some categories if the customer has already bought some products ?

- had purchased one of these products  (product has been bought previously on a completed order)

Hi New York just one more question, but do I have to select all the products in the "had purchased one of these products"? Is a massive work... can I write in some way that a customer that had purchased one of the products of the entire site (indifferent wich one) is allowed to have that discount?. Or better if a customer had purchased a product of this manufacturer has this discount?

I'm not aware of any "had purchased..." discounts for Category or Manufacturer.
It would  need customization.
