Customer Order Emails Bug?

I am running nopcommerce 3.8 and found that customer order emails (placed, paid, shipped) are not sending. getting error no such user here. I have worked extensively with my host and they cannot see anything on their end. We even tried a private relay. They see the message no such user here but no attempt to to connect to google if it was a gmail acct being sent to.

I can send a test email and all other emails send find. Just the customer. I see other threads in the forums but no response on how to diagnose or fix

I can not see the error "no such user" in the code or Local String Resources
What it the full error ?
Where is the error being logged ?

You can Requeue one of the failed email message in the Message Queue to test a customer email that failed before.


Who is your email host? If Gmail, then see this about allowing other apps to use gmail account.

Thank you both for the reply! I ended up switching to a new relay at my host and also deleting and re-creating the email account. All seems to be working now.
