No Payment Methods Found - Nop 410

Hi all, i am currently working on a project with Nop 4.10.

In my payment methods i can not see any methods. Restrictions are also clear.

In my plugins directory i can see the plugins like Paypal Standard,Square etc but i cannot see them on my website.

Both development and production enviroment cannot seem to have Paypal Methods,

Any idea?

As you said that you developing it so try to debug so I think by that you will be able to find exact reason.
