Venture Theme is not worked in IE 11 and Chrome

Hi

i am facing an issue in venture theme when i click on main category it happens an error.In IE 11 i got an error "Object does't support property or method 'startswith'" in Same issue Chrome also i got an error
"Uncaught ReferenceError: ajaxFiltersHistory is not defined"


please help me out
