I installed nopCommerce 4.10 about two months ago.

But two days ago I get this error: "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."

To unlock the site I have to manually restart the Application Pool.

I contacted my hosting service and told me that the site consumes too much memory.

What can I do?

Hi nop-world.com,

I read the post you recommended.

The version of nopCommerce that I have, already had the changes that the podt had.

As for the dll, I replaced it in the server, but nothing has changed.

Hosting assistance told me:

Upon further investigation we found the server logs as follows :
1) Application pool '(domain)(4.0)(pool)' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.
2) A worker process serving application pool '(domain)(4.0)(pool)' has requested a recycle because it reached its private bytes memory limit.
According to the above server logs, the application pool was crashed due to exceed the allocated private memory limit.
By default, we provide 250MB private memory limit per application pool. If you face the same issue frequently, you will have to purchase additional private memory for your website.additional 250 MB private memory will cost you $5 per month.

By purchasing other memory, will the site resume correctly? What do I do?

NopCommerce even in 4.10 version uses more than 250MB of RAM memory, so, for sure your server need to have more memory.
